30 Days Return Policy – No Question Asked

We are proud to offer one of its kind best return policies for the first time in Pakistan among other online brands till date. We send your parcel of purchased product in our classic or premium packaging depending on the product category. We care about our all product line no matter premium or classic, after confirming your order our team double checked the product details and assure it that 100% quality product will be delivered without any issue like damaged product. If you don’t like it you can return it and get a full refund – no questions asked. We will charge you shipment cost which will be the actual as per our corporate account.

• This policy only applies for all main products.
• This policy is only applicable if the main product is unused.
• Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
• Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.

If you wish to return or exchange any product of your online order, please complete the Return Form and include it with your return shipment.
